Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 August 2026
The short version. We collect what an account needs to work, and nothing else.
The app never asks what you take, why, or what condition you have. There is no health information in it to collect, because we do not ask for any.
No tracking, no advertising, no analytics, no data sold or shared for marketing. Ever. There is no third-party tracker of any kind in our app.
You can delete everything yourself, from inside the app, in about ten seconds.
This policy covers intrifit.com and The Peptide Supplement app for iPhone and Android. It is written by the people who built them, describing what the software actually does, rather than the widest thing a lawyer could permit.
1. Who we are
Intrinsic Fitness LLC, Benbrook, Texas. Questions, requests, or complaints about anything on this page: info@intrifit.com. A person reads that inbox.
2. What the app stores about you
All of it, in full:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address | It is your account name. Used to sign you in, to confirm the address is yours, and to send a reset link if you forget your password. |
| Your name | So the app can greet you. Type whatever you like; nothing depends on it being real. |
| Password | Stored only as a bcrypt hash, which is one-way. We cannot read your password, and neither could anyone who obtained the file. |
| Device sign-in tokens | A random string per device so you stay signed in, kept as a hash, alongside a label such as “ios” so devices can be told apart. Removed when you sign out, when you reset your password, or after 90 days unused. |
| Subscription status | Whether your subscription is active and when it renews. This comes to us from Apple or Google. We never see your card, and no payment detail ever reaches our server. |
| Brief security counts | To stop a script hammering sign-in or sending mail from our domain, we count recent attempts against a one-way fingerprint of your network address - not the address itself. Discarded within the hour. |
3. What we do not collect
- No health information. The app never asks what you take, what dose, what condition you have, or why you are reading. It could not tell anyone, because it does not know.
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter, no third-party SDK watching what you tap.
- No location.
- No contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health app data. The app does not ask for those permissions because it has no use for them.
- No payment details. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple and Google.
4. What the app does on your phone
Once you sign in, the app downloads the peptide information you are entitled to and keeps a copy on the device, so it works with no signal. That copy is stored by the app, on your phone, and is removed when you sign out or delete the app.
5. The website
If you fill in the consultation intake form on intrifit.com, what you write is emailed to us and not stored on the website. There is no database of intake submissions. That email may contain health information you chose to tell us, and we treat it the way we treat anything a client tells us: it stays between you, Brian, and the medical director.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every web host does. We do not use them for anything but keeping the site working.
6. Who else is involved
- Apple and Google - they sell and manage the subscription. Their own privacy policies cover that transaction.
- RevenueCat - validates the receipt with whichever store sold it and tells our server whether your subscription is active. They receive your account identifier and the subscription event, and no other personal information.
- Our web host - stores the files described above on our behalf.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anybody for marketing, and there is nobody else in the chain.
For completeness, because people ask: the peptide content in the app comes from a Google Sheet our medical director maintains. It flows one way, from that sheet to our server. No information about you is ever sent to it.
7. How long we keep things
- Your account - until you delete it.
- Device tokens - until you sign out, reset your password, or 90 days unused.
- Security counts - under an hour.
- Intake emails - in our mailbox, as client correspondence.
8. Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Delete my account. It asks for your password, then removes your account, every device signed in to it, and our record of your subscription. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Only Apple or Google can do that, in your device's subscription settings. Cancel there first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
If you would rather we did it, or you cannot get into your account, email info@intrifit.com and we will remove it by hand.
9. Asking what we hold
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@intrifit.com. We will not charge you and we will not ask why. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, this covers the rights your law gives you; we apply the same answer to everybody rather than sorting people by jurisdiction. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.
10. Children
This app is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has made one, email us and we will remove it.
11. Security
Passwords are hashed, never stored as text. Sign-in tokens are stored as hashes. Traffic to our server is encrypted. The peptide library itself sits in a folder that cannot be served over the web at all.
No one can promise a system is unbreakable, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we hold very little about you, which is the most reliable protection there is.
12. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will change the date at the top and say so in the app. We will not quietly broaden it.
