Research Use Terms

These Research Use Terms govern your use of the Intrinsic Fitness website, our peptide reference tools, The Peptide Supplement application, and any other application or material we publish (together, the Materials). By using the Materials, or by clicking to acknowledge them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Materials.

1. Research and education only

The Materials are compiled from published research, manufacturer documentation, and internal notes, and are made available for research and educational purposes only. Every dose, dose range, starting dose, typical dose, frequency, route, duration, protocol, and procedure described is a record of figures that appear in research or in our internal protocol notes. It is a reference figure. It is not a dosage instruction, a treatment protocol, or a plan for you or for any individual.

2. Not medical advice, and not a recommendation

Nothing in the Materials is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, a treatment recommendation, or a suggestion that you obtain, possess, or use any compound, peptide, supplement, device, or procedure. Intrinsic Fitness does not recommend that you use any compound described in the Materials, and does not recommend that you act on any dosing figure shown. Information is presented so that it can be read and discussed, not followed.

3. No clinician relationship

Using the Materials does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, or other treating relationship between you and Intrinsic Fitness, its owners, staff, contractors, consultants, or medical director. No one at Intrinsic Fitness is evaluating, diagnosing, monitoring, or treating you through the Materials. Any consultation you purchase from us is a wellness and performance consultation and is not the practice of medicine.

Decisions about your health are between you and your own licensed clinician, who is responsible for your care and who should review anything you are considering.

4. Investigational and unapproved compounds

Many compounds described in the Materials, including peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV, are investigational. They are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for the uses discussed, have not been established as safe or effective for those uses, and in many cases are lawfully sold only as research chemicals not intended for human consumption. Some compounds are prohibited in competition by the World Anti-Doping Agency and by other sporting and professional bodies; TB-500 is one of them. You are responsible for knowing and following the law and the rules that apply to you.

5. Assumption of risk

If you choose to act on anything in the Materials, you do so entirely of your own volition and at your own risk, having been told plainly here not to. You assume all risk of any resulting loss, injury, illness, adverse event, disqualification, or other harm.

6. No warranty

The Materials are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Research changes, published sources disagree with one another, and entries may be incomplete, superseded, or wrong. We do not warrant that the Materials are accurate or current, and we are under no obligation to update them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrinsic Fitness LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, and medical director will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Materials, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Materials is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for access to the Materials in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrinsic Fitness LLC and the people listed in section 7 from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Materials, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

9. Who may use the Materials

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The Materials are not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
• The Materials are not for use in a medical emergency. If you think you may be having an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to an emergency department.
• Some tools are restricted to Intrinsic Fitness staff and are provided for internal reference during consultations.

10. Intellectual property

The Materials, including the protocols, reference cards, and written explanations, are the proprietary work of Intrinsic Fitness LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, publication, resale, or use to create derivative protocols, in any form or medium, is prohibited without our written permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the substance of what you are agreeing to changes, the in-application acknowledgment is re-issued and you will be asked to read and agree again before continuing. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
