Enter your vial amount, the bacteriostatic water you're adding, and your target dose. The calculator shows how far to draw a standard U-100 (1 mL / 100-unit) insulin syringe.
This calculator only performs arithmetic based on the numbers you enter. It does not recommend a dose, confirm that a peptide is safe or appropriate for you, or replace professional guidance. Always confirm reconstitution and dosing with a licensed physician before use.
Divide the peptide amount (mg) by the bacteriostatic water (mL). 5 mg in 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL.
Divide your dose by the concentration. A 250 mcg (0.25 mg) dose ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.10 mL.
On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL = 100 units. So 0.10 mL = 10 units to draw.
