Peptide dosing calculator

Enter your vial amount, the bacteriostatic water you're adding, and your target dose. The calculator shows how far to draw a standard U-100 (1 mL / 100-unit) insulin syringe.

Heads up: this dose needs more than 1 mL, which exceeds a standard U-100 insulin syringe. Consider more bacteriostatic water, a smaller dose, or a larger syringe.

This is a math tool, not a dosing recommendation

This calculator only performs arithmetic based on the numbers you enter. It does not recommend a dose, confirm that a peptide is safe or appropriate for you, or replace professional guidance. Always confirm reconstitution and dosing with a licensed physician before use.

How reconstitution math works

01

Find the concentration

Divide the peptide amount (mg) by the bacteriostatic water (mL). 5 mg in 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL.

02

Find the volume

Divide your dose by the concentration. A 250 mcg (0.25 mg) dose ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.10 mL.

03

Convert to units

On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL = 100 units. So 0.10 mL = 10 units to draw.
