Clinical perspective

Backed by a licensed medical director

Our medical director is a licensed physician (MD) available for consultation. His role is to ground our educational sessions in clinical perspective, helping you understand the landscape, the considerations, and the questions worth asking.

Even so, a consultation is information and education, not medical advice. We can share what we would consider, but every treatment decision is yours to make with your own physician.

Our consultation disclaimer

Information and education, not medical advice

Consultations with Intrinsic Fitness, Health Done Right are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship. We may describe what we know and what we personally would consider, but we are not directing your care.

Peptide therapy carries real risks

Peptide therapy is not without risk, and many peptides are not FDA-approved. Safety and appropriateness vary by individual health conditions, medical history, and other factors. The decision to pursue any therapy, and the responsibility for that decision, rests entirely with you, in partnership with your own licensed physician.

Your choice, your control

We will never pressure you toward any product or therapy. Our goal is simply to help you understand your options clearly. Always consult a licensed physician before beginning any peptide therapy or related treatment.
